Tryout Details:

Players must be registered (see below)

All players must check-in upon arrival.

Please wear a numbered, reversible jersey. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a jersey at the check-in table. The jersey must be returned at the end of the tryout.

Players should bring a ball (marked with name/initials) and water.

We kindly ask that parents do not enter the gym during tryouts.
Schedule:

Preseason Camp: August 31 - September 2 6:00-8:00pm (included in team fees)

Practices: twice per week in the evenings at Devon Prep. Tentatively scheduled to begin the week of September 7. Schedules will be confirmed at the conclusion of tryouts.

Tournaments: teams will participate in 3 tournaments. All tournaments will be local (West Chester/Glen Mills/ King of Prussia area).

Please note: no refunds will be given for cancellations. A credit will be offered towards a future program if the cancellation is received two weeks prior to the start date of the program you are registering for. A staggered % loss per day will apply thereafter up to one week prior to the start date. Less than 7 days before the start date no credits can be given. There will be a $20 admin fee for any cancellation/credit given.
PA Hoops Academy reserves the right to adjust session times based on the number of registrants. To ensure each player receives adequate coaching, groups may be combined or split as needed. Participants that have registered through the TeamSnap registration link will receive a communication prior to the start of the program with confirmed schedule.
